We want every Pacers fan to be satisfied with their gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Shipping Label

After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
